Working in Hamilton County

Noblesville is conveniently situated off the bustling I-69 and the State Road 37 corridors, as well as edged by Westfield, Carmel, and Fishers. The family-friendly city is home to diverse career paths, supported by a robust school district and area colleges.

Noblesville’s high school internship program is the largest in the state and is a state role model for workforce development initiatives. The Ivy Tech Hamilton County campus has been launched, offering affordable training for college students, young and old.

Additionally, new industries and workplaces are scattered along State Road 32 and 38, in the Hamilton Town Center area (including The Innovation Mile) and in the downtown area. Noblesville is growing and needs qualified employees for a variety of positions.

Noblesville is also ideal for launching a business here. We partner with the City of Noblesville Economic Development on many workforce and small business developing initiatives to learn more about opportunities to grow your business here.

Let the Chamber of Commerce help connect you to all the resources needed, whether looking for a career or a home for a new business.
