Diversity and Belonging

Every business benefits from different voices and viewpoints. One of the ways we promote diversity is by partnering with the Noblesville Diversity Coalition (NDC).

The Noblesville Diversity Coalition is a group assembled of City of Noblesville staff, as well as faith, business, school, and community leaders. Members of the NDC are advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion. They work to create a community who respects and values all individuals through bold community conversation, educational opportunities, and civic action.

We encourage community members to help support and grow diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by engaging with the Noblesville Diversity Coalition and the regular learning opportunities and events they offer. The entire Noblesville community benefits from diversity and new viewpoints.
