Culture of Health

Nurturing a Healthy Workforce

The health of a business depends on the health of its employees. After our universal experience with Covid-19 and a worldwide pandemic, it is even more obvious that healthcare is central to an effective workplace.

The Noblesville Chamber of Commerce partners with Community Health Network to provide employers a unique opportunity for affordable and accessible behavioral health programs. This member-exclusive option includes a tiered Employee Assistance Program (EAP), believed to be the first of its kind in the nation.

The Employee Assistance Program focuses on:

Employee Wellbeing

Management Consultation

Crisis Intervention

Facility Safety Assessments

The Chamber also offers regular seminars, webinars, and educational events focusing on holistic healthcare in the workplace, such as mental health issues, conflict management, and personality assessments. Watch our events calendar for upcoming healthcare events.
