Advancing Noblesville Chamber Foundation
Dedicated to Noblesville Business Growth
The Advancing Noblesville Chamber Foundation (ANCF) formed in the fall of 2020 to philanthropically address the intersecting areas of health & wellbeing, education & workforce development, economic & community development, and equity & inclusion.
The Foundation funds post-secondary scholarships, workforce reentry grants, workplace safety and advancement education, disability employment education, community education, workforce related research projects, along with entrepreneur/small business start-up education and counseling. It also presents, in cooperation with the City of Noblesville, the Advancing Noblesville Awards.
A ten-person board of directors leads the organization:

The Advancing Noblesville Chamber Foundation is a recognized 501C3 (EIN 85-3829723) not-for-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to Noblesville business community’s success. The Foundation equips Noblesville area employers and their employees with tools necessary to learn and grow in its four key areas of focus.

Awards — $500 and $1,000

Workforce Ready
Eligibility — students seeking training, skills, and/or equipment to secure employment (i.e. credentials, certifications, software training, tools, equipment, safety clothing)
Awards — program and material costs up to $1,000

Inclusive Leadership Initiative
Supported by the Crosser Family Foundation, the ANCF played a pivotal role in supporting Hamilton County’s first-ever Inclusive Leadership Summit, organized by the Noblesville Diversity Coalition. This groundbreaking initiative draws upon Deloitte’s insightful research, which identifies the six signature traits of inclusive leadership, to foster a more inclusive environment within the community.
