Young Professionals (YP)

Cultivating Emerging Business Leaders

The future of a vibrant Noblesville rests on the shoulders of young professionals.

Noblesville Young Professionals offers networking and personal growth opportunities for business professionals under the age of forty (don’t worry — we won’t card you at the door).

Monthly Coffee Roaster Events

The most popular Young Professional event is our monthly Coffee Roasters, always held on the first Wednesday of the month. See our full event calendar for locations and topics.

Another popular offering from the Young Professionals group are our video Microlessons. This series of short training videos address specific topics or areas related to business and career growth. These videos are social media friendly and offer a quick punch of information in a compelling format.

Building Community

Our Coffee Roasters events, luncheons, and after-hour events allow young professionals to connect, share successes and challenges. The unique niche community aspect provides young professionals with a voice concerning business, community, and government issues, while creating opportunities to thrive.

Through Noblesville Young Professionals, we can attract and retain career-minded people to the Noblesville area. We want to showcase Noblesville as an attractive place to live, work and play by promoting our excellent quality of life. Additionally, we hope to cultivate a generation made up of future leaders with deep ties to Noblesville.

Please join us at any Young Professional event to meet like-minded business people and get connected.
